Policy and Shipping info
Shipping Policy
I will pack items securely and tightly so they won't move around, usually in bubble wrap, cardboard or a combination of both. I will always package items with the thought in mind of how I'd like to receive them myself.
I use Royal Mail only for my shipping and will email you the postage confirmation code if requested.
Any other requests for shipping will be heard with open ears and accommodated where possible upon discussion with you.
Free postage over £20 refers to UK only.
Return Policy
Should, on the rare occasion, the item possibly arrived damaged from the post travel, please document it by photograph (the package state and then the item state) so that I can raise issue with the company involved. We will then replace or refund as the case dictates.
If you do not require an item ordered it can be returned (well packed and undamaged) at customer cost with a proof of postage tracking number. The time scale to do this is as follows :-

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to notify us that you no longer want the item.

From that notification date you have 14 days to return said item for refund on item price.

Upon us receiving the item back (date of item delivered to us on the proof of postage tracking) a refund will then be provided within 3 working days.

Your personal data collected by Jack and Jake's Pride Shop will consist of name/username, email address, postal address, phone number and billing details (sales/receipts, items bought etc…). This will occur when you chose to purchase items or submit a form on the website. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. This will occur when you browse the site.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Likewise, any receipts and personal information used and kept by Jack and Jake's Pride Shop (for no longer than is necessary, to ensure we comply with any applicable laws and regulations) are on a secure hard drive behind a firewall.
